If you want to be staff or involved in business at Gaia Sagrada, please come and do a volunteer position first, at least for a couple months, so we get to know you and you get to know us. WE have to make sure you didn’t escape from an asylum, and YOU have to make sure this is a good fit for you. (Just kidding!)
After all, you might find that you absolutely hate the peaceful, magical countryside, organic gardens and campfires with lovely people. You might find that you yearn for diesel fumes, noise, and robbery incidents in the city instead. Only time can show you if you like the countryside and Gaia Sagrada. Note: It is also required that you like fireflies.
Seriously, yes, we are always keeping a lookout for people who can take responsibility and lead the work exchange team in a pleasant and fun way, and get all the work done in a manner that is efficient and done well.
